To All Our Friends,

I am writing this early Thanksgiving morning. Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday of the year; other than the cranberry industry, no one has yet expropriated the day from us. Our house is filled with sleeping children, who have migrated home over the last day or two from New York City, Boston, Vancouver, Canada and Costa Rica. Already, I can hear my wife puttering in the kitchen as she pulls off yet another masterpiece of turkey with all the requested trimmings. Tomorrow we head for the mountains for a few days of skiing and companionship. Ah, it's the start of the holiday season, truly the best time of the year.

For me, the holidays are a joyous and reflective time. They're a time to savor memories, some that go back to when I was a kid, opening gifts and, later, giving gifts, of special gatherings with friends and relatives, some of whom are no longer with me other than in my memories and their impact upon me today.

As the owner of ANACS, I am grateful every day for our customers, many of whom I have come to know personally, many of whom I can call my friends. I am also grateful each day for the people I am fortunate to work with. As I look around the office, I see hard working people, people who take great pride and satisfaction with their work and with meeting their responsibilities, but who also have fun while they do it all. Recognizing this, as I do each day, it is still important at this time of year that I convey my deepest appreciation and best wishes to all our customers and friends. We are all truly blessed and sometimes it takes the holiday season to remind us of this.
