This holiday season marks the end of 2011, which has been a good year for ANACS. There are many people that I want to personally thank for all their hard work. Our success this year is the result of a shared commitment to excellence, and to our submitters.
Special thanks to Michael Fahey, J.P. Martin, John Roberts, and the rest of the ANACS grading staff for providing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the most accurate grading team in the industry.
I also want to thank our exceptional Customer Service Department. They are the friendly voices you hear when you call with your questions and comments. You may also know Kim, Natalie, and Theo from dropping off your submissions in our lobby here in Englewood, CO. I want to thank these folks, as well as all the great people whom I have the pleasure working with everyday.
Additionally, I want to thank our six Regional Representatives: Emery Ledoux (Texas/Gulf Coast), Paul Joseph (New England), Quent Hanson (Great Plains), Heather Elledge (Chicago), Matt Adams (Florida), and Jim Bigby (Missouri). Along with my travel partner, Mandi Bigby, and myself, ANACS was able to attend well over 100 coin shows in 2011.
In 2012 ANACS celebrates its 40th Anniversary. We are an American success story, one that I hope continues for many, many years to come. For this, and more than anyone else, I thank you - our loyal and growing customer base.
Thank you all.
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays,
Paul DeFelice
Vice President of Customer Relations and Marketing
